Returns and exchanges

If Lusted & Lamb didn’t work out for you, our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (not used, worn or damaged). Please note that refunds are only given for the cost of the item and not for shipping.

 

Returns and exchanges instructions 

  1. Email us at returns@lustedlamb.co.za to inform us that you will be returning your purchased item and give a brief explanation.
  2. We will send a return confirmation email including the returns address.
  3. You then have to package your item with all original packaging and ship to us.

Note -  it is your responsibility to return the item to us by using a reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return item is lost by the service you have used to return it back to us, we can not process the refund. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. You can also return your items to us physically in Ballito (to our physical address). 

If you are shipping an item over ZAR750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed we will transfer the funds back to your supplied account (via EFT). 

Note - Our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Should your refund not reflect, then contact your credit card company / bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
